The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is a nonprofit charity that plays a critical role in advocating for children in foster care, emphasizing the urgent need for loving, permanent homes. More than 140,000 children are currently waiting to be adopted throughout the United States and Canada, with over 20,000 aging out of the system every year without a stable family to support them. Unfortunately, these children are at a higher risk of facing severe challenges such as homelessness and unemployment as they transition into adulthood. Guaranteed Roof is proud to support this foundation’s mission to find forever families for one of society’s most vulnerable populations. By raising awareness and contributing resources, we hope to make a difference in the lives of these children and help them find the loving homes they deserve.
A Story of Hope: Helping a Navy Veteran
In addition to our support for The Dave Thomas Foundation, we also take pride in sharing individual stories that showcase our commitment to community service. Last year, we had the privilege of working with a Navy veteran who faced significant challenges after returning home. This brave individual had fallen on hard times, dealing with the pressures of transitioning back into civilian life while also facing the challenges of homeownership.

We replaced his aging roof, providing him with a safe and secure home for himself and his family.
